Tibetans are:
- Denied the right to freely practice their religion and preserve their culture;
- Forced from their land and stripped of their nomadic tradition;
- Impoverished, most with scarce access to health care and education; and
- Threatened with imprisonment and torture for their support of the Dalai Lama.
